Correspondent Lenders can also take advantage of DPS
eMortgage Studio® to vastly improve their Quality
Control operations and move to fully paperless
mortgages. The DPS eMortgage Studio® allows all
participants in the value chain (lenders, title
agents, closing agents, borrowers, sellers,
attorneys, investors, servicers, custodians,
registrars) to use this Second Home on the Web in
order to collaborate on the execution of an eMortgage loan, digitally sign that loan, and
electronically register and record that transaction.
